Please believe us, beer police, we are not trying to claim this was brewed in Köln! It was brewed right here in Hamilton, New Zealand. We did use German malt, and the correct Kölsch-style yeast, as well as the traditional hybrid ale/lager fermentation. Naughty us though, there's some Czech Saaz hops in there! Other than that, we Kömplied!
Please Note: All 1L & 2L glass Growlers can be refilled with a 10% discount when our taproom is able to re-open. During the lockdown period, we will not be refilling any bottles.
