Yep, the "Cold IPA" style. Yet another marketing exercise of a style and yet another IPA variant. But we made one anyway. Cool ferment with lager yeast, and extended cold aging, then a big whack of dry hopping using US Comet hops. Big bright grapefruit notes up front, with a hint of tobacco and cedar coming through, and leading to an Orange-citrus finish. Stay Cold!
