Doing some "research" recently in the USA, I came across a few of the new breed of West Coast IPA. Super pale, super hoppy, and super smashable, they represented everything that was good about "how beer used to be", combined with all we've learned over the last couple of decades. So... I ripped it off and deployed it! I hope you enjoy the result, a light malt base featuring copious quantities of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops, and just a touch of Columbus for that sticky-icky that is synonymous with the West Coast of the USA.
