Doing some "research" recently in the USA, I came across a few of the new breed of West Coast IPA. Super pale, super hoppy, and super smashable, they represented everything that was good about "how beer used to be", combined with all we've learned over the last couple of decades. So... I ripped it off and deployed it! and now, after the first attempt, I've wrangled it into a slightly more palatable 6.4% abv, and using the classic hop combo of Citra and Mosaic. Designed to be clean, nicely bitter, and drinkable as hell. Pull the chain!
