A collaboration with an old friend who happened to be passing through and couldn't resist a shiny new brewery! We both love a good ESB with it's beautiful dark fruitcake flavours, so that's what we made. Lashings of English malts and hops, and fermented with yeast originally believed to hail from a famous London brewery of old, make this as close to a British pub experience beer as I can make it.
