Our Muscles from Brussels is a little less strong than the original, but he is a light bodied, spritzy beer with peach and banana esters over a clean white bread and scone dough malt base. There’s some gentle peppery phenols which should come up a little in intensity as the beer ages. There’s a very little spicy and herbal character also - think cloves and a hit of fennel. We hope you find it as refreshing as we do!
