Brewed from a concept by Gwyn Barrie for GRRRL FEST as a beer that "drinks like a lager but has hops like an IPA - and they should smell like weed!" - Well Gwyn, GRRRL FEST got a little 'rona'd, but the beer lived on, and it's as dank as you hoped! Now back in it's newest incarnation as a West Coast Pilsner (come on Untappd, catch up, it's totally a style), A light pilsner malt base, a little Vienna and Carapils for sweetness to balance, and a clean 8 week lager fermentation has allowed the huge ol' dose of Columbus and Simcoe to do their thing. Yep, this beer smells like a Grateful Dead gig! Enjoy. At least this is legal!
